Nanocar+© is a filtration media based on nanotechnology. It is made of grains of highly porous carbon base material plated with high purity elements. One gram of Nanocar+© has an internal adsorptive surface area equivalent to a soccer field!

• What does Nanocar+© do?

  Nanocar+© combines the adsorptive qualities of activated carbon with the addition of bacteriostatic properties without the health risks associated with ion leeching back into the treated water.

  It initially acts like a "super sponge" and then, through various catalytic reactions at the atomic level, it effectively, and without the use of an additional electrical charge, an Ultra Violet light source, or the introduction of additional chemicals:

  • filters and suppresses heavy metals, hydrocarbons, pesticides, nitrates, micro-pollutants, oxidation by-products, detergents, other harmful chemical products, coloring, tastes and odors;
  • oxidizes toxins and bacteria on contact, including bacteria that are resistant to chlorine, such as Legionella Pneumophila and,
  • because of its remanence properties, it preserves water naturally and protects for an extended time period against recontamination

• How does Nanocar+© do it?

  While using the ionic mineral properties that occur in the natural occurrence of water (as opposed to pure H2O), the various components of Nanocar+© react in a non-degrading manner (no trace elements occur in the purified water after the reaction).

  Bacteria are destroyed by either catalytic reaction with Nanocar+©, and/or by the spiking of the oxygen levels in the water (pathogenic bacteria in the water are anaerobic and thus incapable of surviving in an oxygen rich environment).

• How is Nanocar+© created?

  The exact details of the manufacturing process are proprietary. The raw elements are combined in a proprietary chamber and the core filter material is precisely plated covalently (i.e., strong atomic bonds) with the various catalytic elements in a coating thickness from a few angstroms on up.

• What makes Nanocar+© different from other processes or products?

  Nanocar+© is created using a proprietary method based on technologies created for the semiconductor industry that without electricity or a photo source creates a reaction that purifies water to a certifiable potable state.

  The manufacturing process is relatively environmentally inert, the only by-product of the process being oxygen. Some other systems produce CO2, a greenhouse gas as a reaction by-product. That in itself renders those systems unsuitable for the aquaculture and agricultural applications which require the increased oxygen levels that are a by-product of the Nanocar+© Process.
